Human Resource Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Human Resource Officer to join our established team in Bayan Lepas. The role will support core HR functions, ensuring accurate payroll processing, attendance tracking, and administration of compensation and benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Process payroll and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
• Maintain attendance records and manage leave administration.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, including enrolment and queries.
• Support HR administration tasks such as employee data management and documentation.
• Collaborate with other HR specialists to improve processes and employee experience.

Required profile

• Relevant HR or administrative experience, preferably in payroll or benefits.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in payroll software or HR information systems.
• Knowledge of Malaysian employment legislation related to payroll and benefits.
