About the role
The Human Resource Executive will lead employee relations (ER) and industrial relations (IR) functions within our HR department. You will ensure compliance with local labour laws and support a positive workplace culture.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day employee relations issues, including investigations and conflict resolution.
- Oversee industrial relations matters, liaising with unions and government agencies.
- Interpret and apply relevant labour laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies that promote fairness and compliance.
- Collaborate with senior HR leaders on strategic initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven experience in ER and IR functions.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour legislation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters.
Required skills
- Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
