About the role

The HR Supervisor will lead core human‑resources functions for Eastroc Beverage in Puchong. This position reports to senior management and is responsible for ensuring effective recruitment, payroll processing, performance management and employee relations across the organization.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Manage payroll administration ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and support managers in delivering feedback.
  • Handle employee relations issues, mediate conflicts and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure data integrity in the HR information system.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in recruitment, payroll, performance management and employee relations.
  • Strong understanding of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
