About the role
The HR Operations Executive will work on‑site in Kuala Lumpur to support the delivery of Employer of Record (EOR) services and to manage relationships with external vendors. This full‑time position reports to the HR Operations manager and contributes to the smooth functioning of HR processes.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of EOR services for client employees.
- Manage and coordinate with external vendors to ensure service quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal HR teams to align operational activities with business objectives.
