HR Officer – Rewarding & Data Analytics

About the role

As an HR Officer focused on rewarding and data analytics, you will turn complex HR data into actionable insights that support Bosch’s business objectives. You will also help drive digital transformation across HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and interpret large data sets to identify trends and support decision‑making.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry best practices in data analysis, visualisation and storytelling.
• Lead HR digitalisation projects, ensuring UI/UX principles are applied during design.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Create supporting materials such as videos and digital content for HR initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, AI, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Interest in HR systems, automation and digital transformation.

Required skills

• Power BI or other data visualisation tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel functions.
• Data analysis and dashboard creation experience.
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles for data presentation.
