About the role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Human Resources professional to lead the full spectrum of HR for our Malaysia operations at Q & M Dental Group.
Key responsibilities
- Lead all HR functions for the Malaysia office, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and compliance.
Required profile
- Proven experience in Human Resources, preferably within a regional healthcare or service organization.
- Commercially minded with a focus on aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and manage cross‑border HR practices between Malaysia and Singapore.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Mount Austin, Johor.
