About the role
Winway Interconnect Technology is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead its human resources function in Bayan Lepas, Penang. This full‑time, on‑site position will oversee all HR activities and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and performance management programs.
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
Required profile
- Proven experience in HR management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian employment law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
