About the role
We are seeking an HR Executive to lead human resources operations for our Chery dealership teams in Kluang, Johor. The role will oversee recruitment, payroll support, and employee relations, ensuring the dealership staff are well‑managed and compliant with local labour regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day HR operations for the dealership teams.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, from job posting to onboarding.
- Provide payroll support and ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
- Handle employee relations issues, fostering a positive work environment.
- Maintain up‑to‑date HR records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and internal policies.
- Assist managers with performance management and training coordination.
