Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the payroll process to ensure accurate and timely payments.

- Drive key HR operations, including record‑keeping, policy implementation and compliance.
Required profile
- Analytical professional with a strong interest in HR functions.
- Preferably fluent in Mandarin.
- Motivated to work in a dynamic, manufacturing environment.
