About the role

The HR Cum Admin Executive supports both human‑resources and administrative functions within the company, ensuring day‑to‑day operations run smoothly. This full‑time, on‑site position requires an organized, detail‑oriented individual who can juggle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key responsibilities

Assist with recruitment, onboarding and employee record management.
Handle general office administration such as correspondence, filing and scheduling.
Support payroll, benefits and insurance administration processes.
Coordinate internal communications and maintain a tidy work environment.
Provide ad‑hoc support to various departments as needed.

Required profile

Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Selangor.
