About the role

Join the HR team of Resolve IR, a rapidly expanding company based in Kuala Lumpur. The HR & Admin Executive will contribute to shaping the organisational culture while overseeing the full spectrum of HR activities in an on‑site, full‑time capacity. You will work in the Taman Wahyu office, collaborating closely with senior leadership to implement HR policies and support staff needs.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive and nurture company culture, promoting employee engagement and a positive work environment.
  • Manage the complete HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and off‑boarding.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with local labour regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
