Higher Level Teaching Assistant – Primary

About the role

We are looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our International Primary team, supporting children aged 7‑11 to reach the next level of learning. The role involves collaborating with colleagues, students, and parents while upholding wellbeing and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Support pupils in achieving academic progress and personal development.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to create a safe learning environment.
• Identify and act on safeguarding and health‑and‑safety concerns.
• Apply school policies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Education.
• Minimum two years’ experience in an international or primary school setting.
• Experience working with children aged 7‑11 and a flexible, team‑player attitude.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and strong communication skills.
• Creative, patient, resourceful and energetic with a commitment to student life‑skills development.
