About the role
This Graduate Employability Program provides a structured pathway into the semiconductor and engineering sector. Participants will undergo a month of intensive training followed by three months of on‑the‑job placement, all while receiving a monthly salary.
Key responsibilities
- Complete a 1‑month intensive training programme covering semiconductor and engineering fundamentals.
- Participate in a 3‑month on‑the‑job placement with hands‑on exposure to electrical/electronic engineering tasks.
- Receive a monthly salary throughout the training and placement period.
Required profile
- Recent graduate interested in a career in semiconductor or engineering fields.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Kuala Lumpur for the duration of the programme.
