About the role
The General Manager will lead regional growth initiatives across Malaysia, taking full ownership of the profit and loss statement while scaling operations, ensuring compliance, and building high‑performing teams.
Key responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and market expansion across the region.
- Own and manage the P&L, delivering financial targets.
- Scale operational processes to support rapid growth.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate standards.
- Recruit, develop, and lead high‑performing multidisciplinary teams.
Required profile
- Proven experience in senior general management or business unit leadership.
- Strong track record of delivering growth and managing P&L.
- Excellent understanding of operational scaling and compliance in Malaysia.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate large teams.
