About the role

Join American Express in Kuala Lumpur as a Fraud Protection Specialist working the night shift. You will safeguard premium customers from fraudulent activity while delivering exceptional, customer‑first service through thorough analysis and decisive action.

Key responsibilities

Monitor and assess fraud alerts in real time.
Investigate suspicious transactions and determine appropriate actions.
Communicate findings and resolutions clearly to customers.
Make sound, data‑driven decisions to prevent fraud loss.

Required profile
