Foreign Worker Management Internship

About the role

This internship supports Bosch's foreign worker management operations in Malaysia. You will assist with daily administrative tasks, data handling, and coordination of service appointments for foreign employees.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in daily operational activities related to foreign worker management.
• Maintain and update foreign worker records and databases.
• Support monitoring and follow‑up of permit and contract renewal processes.
• Perform data entry, document scanning, and upload information for new contracts and extensions.
• Coordinate and accompany foreign workers to medical clinics, police stations, and FOMEMA appointments.
• Provide general administrative support, documentation management, and record filing.
• Contribute to the Permit Renewal Process Improvement initiative and identify Lean improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Administration or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel locally for worker‑related activities.
• Commitment to a 6‑month compulsory internship, preferably starting in September.
