About the role
The Foreign Migrant Workforce Coordinator will oversee the administration, welfare, compliance, and coordination of the company's foreign migrant workforce in Kulai, Johor. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that migrant employees are supported and that all regulatory requirements are met.
Key responsibilities
- Administration of foreign migrant workforce records and documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with immigration and labor regulations for foreign workers.
- Coordinating welfare programs and support services for migrant employees.
- Facilitating communication between the migrant workforce and internal departments.
Required profile
- Experience in administration or coordination of foreign migrant workforce.
- Familiarity with local labor and immigration requirements.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
