Footwear Merchandiser

About the role

We are looking for a Footwear Merchandiser to join Smaster Suit in Puchong Jaya. The role involves taking footwear concepts through the entire product lifecycle, from initial design to market launch, while collaborating with sourcing, design, and sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify market trends and translate them into viable footwear product concepts.
• Manage the end‑to‑end merchandising process, including sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, and overseeing production timelines.
• Conduct trend analysis and competitor benchmarking to inform product decisions.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams such as design, product development, and sales to ensure timely product launches.
• Monitor product performance post‑launch and recommend adjustments.
