Financial Controller

About the role

The Financial Controller will lead and oversee the Group’s financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, accurate financial reporting, effective risk management, and adherence to regulatory requirements. This senior position plays a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of Ramssol Group.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and manage all financial activities across the Group, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Ensure financial statements are prepared in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
• Oversee risk management processes and implement internal controls to safeguard assets.
• Coordinate external audits and maintain compliance with statutory reporting obligations.
• Provide strategic financial insights to senior management for decision‑making.

Required profile

• Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a financial controller or senior finance role within a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of Malaysian accounting standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
