About the role

We are looking for a Finance Executive (or Senior Finance Executive) to support our Singapore and Malaysia finance operations. The role focuses on delivering accurate financial reporting, ensuring tax compliance, and providing data‑driven analysis to aid regional management decisions.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for Singapore and Malaysia entities.
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and filing requirements in both jurisdictions.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, variances and insights for senior management.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather financial information and support budgeting processes.
Maintain documentation and records in accordance with corporate policies.

Required profile

Relevant experience in finance or accounting within Singapore and/or Malaysia.
Strong understanding of local tax laws and reporting standards.
Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
Excellent analytical mindset and attention to detail.
