About the role
The Finance Business Partner will support R.E.A.L Education Group in Johor Bahru by driving financial performance through strategic analysis, forecasting, reporting, business partnering and cost optimisation. This on‑site role works closely with school leadership to provide insight and guidance for sound financial decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct strategic financial analysis and develop forecasts to support budgeting and planning.
- Prepare and present regular financial reports for senior management.
- Partner with operational teams to identify cost‑saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency.
- Assist in the development of financial policies and procedures aligned with the school’s objectives.
