About the role
The Finance Associate will lead end‑to‑end support and management of the accounts payable lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance. This role is pivotal for maintaining the financial integrity of vendor invoicing and staff travel expense reimbursement.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full accounts payable process, from invoice receipt to payment execution.
- Reconcile vendor invoices and staff travel expense claims.
- Process payments, maintain document filing, and support month‑end, year‑end, and year‑close activities.
- Handle ad‑hoc finance requests and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Identify potential compliance risks and act with integrity to protect the company’s reputation.
Required profile
- Professional level experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance.
