Finance Assistant Manager – Accounts Receivable

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Assistant Manager to lead our Accounts Receivable function within a dynamic, multi‑industry trading group. The role is based on‑site in Selangor and reports to senior finance leadership, supporting the company’s cash flow and credit management objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end‑to‑end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and dispute resolution.
• Monitor customer credit limits, assess risk, and enforce credit policies.
• Prepare ageing reports, cash forecasts, and periodic reconciliations.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure accurate billing and timely payments.
• Lead and develop a small team of AR specialists, providing coaching and performance feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience in accounts receivable or credit control within a manufacturing or trading environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
