Finance Assistant / Executive

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Finance Assistant / Executive to join our team in Subang Jaya. This full‑time, on‑site position offers hands‑on exposure to a complete set of accounts and month‑end reporting within a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining the full set of accounts.
• Support month‑end closing activities and financial reporting.
• Collaborate directly with management on financial queries and analysis.
• Ensure accurate and up‑to‑date financial records.
• Participate in ad‑hoc financial projects as required.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude.
• Good numerical aptitude and analytical mindset.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills.
• Relevant qualification in finance or accounting (diploma or degree preferred).
