Finance Assistant – 12‑Month Contract

About the role
The Finance Assistant will support the Finance Department in Kuala Lumpur, ensuring the timely processing of accounts payable transactions, assisting with month‑end closing activities, and performing general‑ledger reconciliations. This on‑site role works closely with the finance team to maintain accurate financial records and meet reporting deadlines.
Key responsibilities
- Process accounts payable transactions, including invoice verification, coding, and vendor record maintenance.
- Assist with month‑end closing activities such as preparing journal entries, reviewing trial balances, and supporting financial reporting.
- Perform general‑ledger reconciliations to ensure the integrity of financial data.
Required profile
- Detail‑oriented individual capable of handling multiple finance tasks under tight timelines.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively within the finance team.
