About the role
We are seeking a Finance Admin to join GT Mart’s team in Kapar, Selangor. The successful candidate will play a key part in supporting the company’s financial operations and ensuring accurate record‑keeping.
Key responsibilities
- Process invoices, receipts and payments in a timely manner.
- Maintain and reconcile financial records and ledgers.
- Assist in preparing basic financial reports and statements.
- Support budgeting and expense tracking activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve financial queries.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
