Field Visit Officer

About the role
The Field Visit Officer will be responsible for conducting on‑site visits to verify information, gather relevant data and ensure that all activities comply with company policies and legal requirements. This role supports the collections and customer service functions by providing accurate field intelligence.
Key responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and ad‑hoc field visits to client locations.
- Verify the accuracy of information provided by customers or partners.
- Collect, record and transmit relevant data in a timely manner.
- Assess compliance with internal procedures and applicable laws.
- Report findings to the relevant internal teams for further action.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Good communication skills for interacting with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily travel schedule.
- Basic understanding of compliance and data‑collection processes.
