About the role

The Fertilizer Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of fertilizer products for QL Poultry Farms. You will develop sales plans and work towards achieving the defined sales targets while representing the company on‑site.

Key responsibilities

Develop and implement sales plans to meet monthly and annual targets.
Identify and approach potential customers in the agricultural sector.
Promote the company’s fertilizer range and communicate product benefits.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.

Required profile

Strong interest in agriculture or fertilizer products.
Good communication and negotiation abilities.
Self‑motivated and target‑oriented.

Salary: RM 2,000 – RM 3,000 per month
Full‑time, on‑site position
