About the role

We are looking for an Export Supervisor to join Wipro Consumer Care’s Export Team in Subang Jaya. This role offers the chance to lead export projects and ensure that international shipments are processed efficiently and accurately.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate export orders from receipt to shipment, ensuring all required documentation is complete.
  • Manage logistics activities, including carrier selection, freight forwarding, and tracking of shipments.
  • Maintain and update export data in SAP, guaranteeing data integrity across the supply chain.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as production, quality, and finance to resolve export‑related issues.
  • Monitor compliance with import/export regulations and company policies.

Required profile

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple export transactions simultaneously.
  • Good communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
  • Willingness to take ownership of projects and drive continuous improvement.
