Experienced Associate - Workforce Management

About the role

PwC’s Workforce Management team is looking for an Experienced Associate to help clients shape AI‑enhanced workforce solutions. You will work across strategy, analytics and digital transformation to improve people‑related processes for local, regional and global organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Support multiple client engagements, reporting to managers and senior leaders.
• Design and deliver technology‑enabled HR transformation projects, leveraging AI, analytics and digital tools.
• Develop people‑analytics models to inform talent acquisition, retention and workforce planning.
• Assist in redesigning HR operating models, service delivery structures and employee experience initiatives.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis, including multivariate techniques, to solve business problems.
• Mentor junior team members and manage workstreams end‑to‑end.

Required profile

• Strong interest in AI, analytics and digital technologies applied to HR.
• Ability to analyse data trends related to recruitment, turnover, motivation and compliance.
• Excellent problem‑solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively with clients.
• University degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools for data analysis and problem solving.
• Experience in people‑analytics and data‑driven decision making.
• Competence in using digital and analytical tools to design HR solutions.
