Executive Quantity Surveyor (Construction)

About the role

The Executive Quantity Surveyor will support the full spectrum of contract administration and cost management activities for construction projects. You will work on diverse construction projects, ensuring cost efficiency and contractual compliance while collaborating closely with project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support full spectrum of contract administration and cost management activities.
• Manage cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting for construction projects.
• Prepare, review, and evaluate tender documents and bills of quantities.
• Assist in risk assessment and mitigation related to contracts.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with contractual terms.
• Monitor project expenditures and report variances to senior management.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
• Proficiency in contract administration processes.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
