About the role

The Executive, Leasing & Tenancy Admin will oversee all tenancy-related activities for CUCKOO International. This position ensures smooth management of lease agreements, utility services, branch documentation, licences and regulatory compliance within a vibrant, young work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage tenancy agreements, renewals and terminations.
• Coordinate utility services and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain accurate branch documentation and licensing records.
• Monitor regulatory requirements and ensure full compliance.
• Support the commercial sales and property management teams with leasing documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in tenancy administration, leasing or property management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple documentation tasks.
• Good understanding of regulatory compliance in real‑estate operations.
• Effective communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
