About the role

The Executive, Customer Services will be responsible for managing and handling customer interactions throughout logistics and supply chain operations. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and that service standards are maintained across the transportation cycle. This on‑site position is based in Petaling Jaya, offering a supportive environment within a freight forwarding business.
