About the role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef/Head Chef to lead the culinary direction of a rapidly expanding, multi‑brand café group. The role focuses on Western cuisine and requires a strategic mindset to drive innovation across several locations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the culinary strategy for a rapidly expanding, multi‑brand café group.
- Drive menu innovation, research and development, and operational excellence across multiple outlets.
- Oversee the creation and execution of Western‑style menus that meet brand standards.
Required profile
- Proven senior‑level experience as an executive or head chef.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi‑outlet operations and lead culinary teams.
- Strong knowledge of Western cuisine and contemporary dining trends.
