Events & Venue Operations Executive

About the role

The Events & Venue Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing venue rentals and coordinating events to ensure seamless execution. This role focuses on maximizing venue utilization and rental revenue while delivering high‑quality event experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the rental process for venues, including client negotiations and contract administration.
• Coordinate all aspects of events from planning through on‑site execution.
• Ensure smooth operation of events by supervising setup, logistics, and on‑site staff.
• Monitor venue utilization rates and implement strategies to increase rental revenue.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, revenue, and operational performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in event management or venue operations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kajang/Bangi/Serdang area.
