About the role

We are seeking an Event Manager to take full ownership of events from the initial proposal stage through to successful completion. You will be responsible for delivering memorable experiences by coordinating all aspects of event planning and execution.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop event concepts and proposals that align with client objectives.
  • Manage event budgets, ensuring cost‑effectiveness and financial control.
  • Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide regular updates.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to secure venues, equipment, and services.
  • Oversee on‑site execution, supervising setup, logistics, and real‑time problem solving.
  • Ensure events are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in managing events from start to finish.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills for client and supplier interaction.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
