Event Executive

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Event Executive to join Paxgon Communications in Selangor. You will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events that enhance our brand presence and engage our audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the development of event concepts, themes, and timelines.
• Coordinate logistics including venues, vendors, equipment, and on‑site setup.
• Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost‑effective execution.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote events across channels.
• Provide on‑site support during events to ensure smooth operations and address any issues promptly.
