Electrical Site Supervisor

About the role

The Electrical Site Supervisor will lead all electrical activities on construction sites, ensuring that projects are executed safely, to the highest quality standards, and on schedule. This role focuses on both high‑voltage (HV) and low‑voltage (LV) installations, coordinating efforts across multidisciplinary teams. The supervisor will also ensure proper documentation and liaise with project managers to align electrical work with overall construction timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical site operations from start to finish.
• Maintain strict safety protocols and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate and direct on‑site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Oversee the delivery of HV and LV electrical works, ensuring compliance with technical specifications.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supervising electrical works on construction sites.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality standards in electrical installations.
• Ability to manage and motivate teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with both high‑voltage and low‑voltage systems.
