E-commerce Operations Manager

About the role

The E‑commerce Operations Manager will lead KITSUI’s online fulfilment function, overseeing inventory accuracy, delivery performance and cost control to ensure SLA compliance and support scalable growth across multiple product categories.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end e‑commerce fulfilment processes, including order processing, picking, packing and shipping.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate with warehousing teams.
• Monitor delivery performance metrics and implement improvements to meet service level agreements.
• Control operational costs and optimise logistics workflows.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, healthcare and FMCG divisions to align supply with demand.
• Drive initiatives that enable scalable growth of the e‑commerce platform.

Required profile

• Proven experience in e‑commerce operations or logistics management.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data.
• Leadership experience managing cross‑functional teams.
• Familiarity with inventory management and distribution processes.
