E-Commerce Operations Assistant Manager

About the role

We are looking for an E‑Commerce Operations Assistant Manager to lead and expand our fast‑growing online business. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing marketplace presence and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day e‑commerce operations and drive online sales growth.
• Manage product listings and performance across major marketplaces.
• Plan, execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns.
• Oversee customer experience and resolve issues promptly.
• Track key performance indicators and report results to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in e‑commerce operations or a similar role.
• Strong analytical mindset with a results‑driven attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple brands and work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms and marketplace management.
• Understanding of digital marketing tools and data analysis.
