District Manager (Northern)

About the role

We are looking for a District Manager for the Northern region to lead a team of store managers, drive the business plan and ensure consistent brand experience across stores.

Key responsibilities

• Spend significant time in stores coaching store managers and teams on superior selling skills and brand presentation.
• Recruit, develop, engage and retain high‑performing talent, setting clear performance expectations.
• Analyse business insights, identify opportunities and take focused action to improve productivity and financial results.
• Lead change with a positive, growth‑mindset, influencing partners through collaboration.
• Ensure consistent execution of operating fundamentals to enable sales growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in retail or a service‑related environment.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and inspire store and sales staff.
• Track record of delivering commercial results and high customer‑service standards.
• Willingness to take measured risks and challenge the status quo.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse business data, prioritize opportunities and develop simple improvement strategies.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays as required.
