About the role

We are seeking a Digital Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our online sales and marketing initiatives, combining strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. The role requires a blend of strategic planning and day‑to‑day execution to drive online revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital sales and marketing strategies that drive online revenue.
• Plan, launch, and manage advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook) and TikTok platforms, leveraging platform‑specific tools.
• Lead and coordinate the marketing team, overseeing daily operations and managing the allocated budget to ensure cost‑effective execution.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker capable of translating high‑level plans into actionable tasks.
• Demonstrated experience in managing teams and controlling marketing budgets.
• In‑depth knowledge of Meta and TikTok advertising ecosystems and best practices.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Meta (Facebook) advertising tools and campaign management.
• Hands‑on experience with TikTok advertising platform and content promotion.
