About the role

Craft Creative, a leading digital agency in Malaysia, is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to own and optimise paid media campaigns. You will work on real‑world projects across major platforms, helping clients achieve measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage paid media campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok and Xiaohongshu.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse data and optimise spend to meet ROI targets.
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to align messaging and targeting.
• Prepare regular performance reports for clients and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong interest in digital advertising and data‑driven optimisation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced agency environment.
• Detail‑oriented with a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
