Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

The Digital Marketing Executive will lead the company’s online presence, driving traffic and engagement across paid and organic channels. This on‑site role focuses on managing Meta advertising, search engine marketing, website performance, e‑commerce initiatives, and social media content for platforms such as TikTok, Xiaohongshu and Instagram. Fluency in both English and Chinese is required to reach a bilingual audience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns.
• Manage SEO and SEM activities to improve search visibility and conversion.
• Oversee website updates, performance monitoring and e‑commerce integration.
• Create, schedule and monitor social media content on TikTok, Xiaohongshu (XHS) and Instagram.
• Analyse campaign data and generate reports to inform strategy.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese).
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on‑site team environment.
