Digital Client Experience Delivery – Project Manager

About the role

Join Marsh's Digital Client Experience (DCX) team in Kuala Lumpur as a Project Manager, reporting to the Asia Digital Client Experience Leader. You will drive the rollout and adoption of client technologies across Asia, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead rollout and adoption of client technologies across Asia, translating business requirements into technical execution with offshore teams.
• Document user feedback and collaborate with global and regional technology stakeholders to align product and data development.
• Support regional DCX objectives by influencing stakeholders to adopt and advocate for Marsh’s digital platforms.
• Plan and manage timelines, resources, milestones, and quality of output for DCX initiatives.
• Build dashboards and reports using LenWork or similar tools, focusing on improving reporting quality and speed.
• Track KPIs, manage risks and issues, create mitigation plans, and escalate when necessary.

Required profile

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in project management, digital platform delivery, analytics, or similar coordination roles.
• Proven ability to manage moderately complex projects or workstreams end‑to‑end.
• Strong stakeholder management, English communication, and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• Project management best practices and governance.
• Experience with scope management, risk and issue tracking, budgeting, and project reporting.
• Exposure to AI tools, automation, or reporting platforms.
• LenWork or similar reporting/dashboard tools.
