Die Casting Manager

About the role

The Die Casting Manager will oversee all aspects of die‑casting production at Altum Precision’s facility in Senai. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring safety, and delivering cost‑effective, high‑quality castings.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end die‑casting operations with full decision‑making authority.
• Drive Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), yield improvement, cost‑reduction and tooling‑life optimisation.
• Implement continuous‑improvement initiatives across production, engineering and maintenance.
• Manage and develop cross‑functional teams to meet safety, delivery, cost and productivity targets.
• Coordinate with quality and engineering to ensure product specifications are met.

Required profile

• Significant experience managing die‑casting or similar metal‑casting production environments.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in production, engineering and maintenance.
• Strong decision‑making skills with a focus on safety, cost control and productivity.
• Track record of improving OEE, yield and tooling life through systematic initiatives.
