About the role
The Die Attach Process Staff Engineer will be based in Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia. This full‑time position works on‑site with a hybrid work model, allowing occasional remote work while maintaining a strong on‑site presence. As the Process Owner of the Die Attach step, you will be the primary point of contact for all activities related to this critical manufacturing process.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage the Die Attach process from start to finish.
- Ensure day‑to‑day execution of the Die Attach operation meets production targets.
- Maintain on‑site presence while participating in a hybrid work model.
- Monitor process performance and address any deviations.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to uphold process standards.

- Located in or willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia.
