Data Centre Shift Manager

About the role

The Data Centre Shift Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day facilities management of our data centre in Sedenak, ensuring reliable operations during each shift. This on‑site position supports routine operational tasks, procurement activities, contract administration, and strict health, safety and environmental (HSE) compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain routine data centre operations throughout the assigned shift.
• Coordinate procurement of equipment, consumables and services required for uninterrupted facility performance.
• Manage vendor contracts, ensuring terms are met and service levels are maintained.
• Implement and enforce HSE policies, conducting inspections and reporting any non‑conformities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address operational issues promptly.

Required profile

• Proven experience in facilities or shift management within a technical environment.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and contract management.
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations applicable to data centre operations.
