Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via live chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide after‑sales technical assistance for Smart Home and IoT devices.
• Troubleshoot product issues and guide customers through resolutions.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records of support cases.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service processes.
