Customer Support Executive – China (中文客服)

About the role

The Customer Support Executive will serve Xevera’s Chinese‑market clients from our Kuala Lumpur office. You will be the primary point of contact, handling inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience for Mandarin‑speaking customers.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via phone, email and chat in native‑level Mandarin.
• Diagnose and resolve issues, escalating to relevant internal teams when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
• Monitor service‑level metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide feedback on Chinese market trends and customer expectations.

Required profile

• Native‑level proficiency in Mandarin with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong understanding of Chinese market dynamics and customer expectations.
• Ability to work full‑time onsite in Kuala Lumpur.
• Fluent in English to collaborate with internal teams.
